Jamarah is a chamber group from Sydney, New South Wales.
Jamarah combines flute with marimba, vibraphone and percussion. Mary Broughton, Jeremy Barnett and Sarah Broughton make up the trio, playing music influenced by jazz, world music and contemporary classical styles. Ambient improvisation also forms part of the group’s work, and its performance experience includes an overseas tour.
