Jan Taylor is a singer-songwriter.
A guitar first picked up at eight years old led Jan Taylor through teenage years in Vietnam playing gigs in an alt-rock band, after a childhood spent between Melbourne, Hong Kong, Taiwan, New Zealand and Vietnam. A move back to Australia alone at nineteen, in 2020, landed right as lockdown began. That stretch became a period of exploring as many musical styles and genres as possible, and Jan now works as an independent multi-instrumentalist writing and producing original music.
