Jayne Dance

Jayne speaks in stories, and the room tends to move with them. One moment there's laughter, the next a genuine pause. She talks openly about the trials and failures behind writing her children's picture book, Dancing with Ruby, and what that taught her about what makes her own heart zing. The style is animated and interactive, reading the audience rather than running a script, and it lands across ages: school assemblies, high school groups, staff wellbeing days, after dinner slots. There's also a Story Time session for preschool to Year 1, where the book comes alive through physical theatre, silliness and a round of Irish dancing. Adelaide based.
