JHT has hosted more than a thousand live events since starting out in 2014, working across corporate galas, festivals, game shows, awards nights and product launches. His approach leans on a background in live performance and storytelling: reading the crowd, adjusting pace in real time and keeping an event's flow moving rather than sticking rigidly to a script. Corporate work covers product launches and annual conferences, and as a wedding MC he builds the run of the day around the couple's own story. He also runs training and mentorship sessions for people starting out as MCs and event hosts, alongside his own hosting work.
