Jimmy

Jimmy has been DJing for more than 18 years, and his taste was set early by a house full of other people's records. His sister brought dance, R&B and pop into the room. His brother brought grunge, metal and rock. The result is a DJ who genuinely doesn't mind where a song comes from as long as it moves the room. He learnt to beat-mix by ear rather than by watching BPM readouts, and he reads the floor instead of running a set list he decided on that afternoon. Weddings include a face to face consultation beforehand. He also covers birthdays, christenings, retail and corporate events, and club, pub and venue work, with a retail background that means he can speak to a crowd about a product launch as well as play to it.
