Jonny Reid comes from Portaferry, a small town in Ireland, and his debut album Another Life went to number one on Australia's iTunes country chart in 2021. His single Portaferry was his first release after teaming up with Australian producer Michael J. Bono, whose credits include Avril Lavigne and Blink 182, and it's a considerably bigger sound than the album. Perth based, with a heavy touring schedule. Live is where the Irish troubadour thing really makes sense.
