Joseph Theodore

Joseph Theodore plays and drums at the same time. He's a DJ and percussionist with an Afro-Latin sound and twenty years behind it, including regular seasons in Ibiza at Pacha, Club Chinois, Cova Santa and Zoo Project. The live percussion over the top of the set gives it an organic pull that a laptop can't produce, and the whole thing takes on a ritual quality when it's working. Brisbane based, and worth booking when you want a dance floor to feel like something is happening rather than being played at it.
