Bass is the instrument, and Joshua Young has spent more than ten years playing it around Perth's live music scene. Contemporary pop, country, funk, jazz and R&B and soul all sit comfortably, which is the point of a working bass player: you get the right feel for whatever the gig is. Graduated from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts with a Bachelor of Music Performance in 2025. Available for jazz and instrumental sets, or to fill out a line-up that needs a bottom end.
