Jules is a face painting act.
Twenty-six years of face painting sit behind Jules's work, run through a registered business with public liability cover, current Working with Children and Vulnerable Person clearances, and up to date first aid and CPR training. Face painting and glitter tattoos are the core of the offering, and Jules can also organise a balloon artist to work alongside at the same event. It's a setup built for venues and organisers who need the paperwork sorted as much as the artistry.
