Justin Longmuir

Justin Longmuir speaks about leadership, culture, resilience and managing change. He played 139 AFL games for Fremantle after being taken with the second pick of the 1998 National Draft, and he later moved into coaching, taking roles with Fremantle, West Coast and Collingwood before returning to Fremantle as senior coach in 2019. Since then he has led the club through a rebuild focused on culture and developing younger talent.
