Kieran is a balladeer first, with the vocal strength to carry it, but the useful skill is changing songs mid-set when he feels a room shift. He plays hits from the last four decades and puts an acoustic twist on each one, drawing on contemporary pop from Adele, Rihanna and Sia, plus Australian rock, Motown, 70s disco and 80s and 90s classics. Background music early, main event later, without an awkward gear change between the two. Good fit for a wedding, a party, a winery, a bar or a restaurant.
