In 2016 Lachie Smart became the youngest pilot to fly solo around the world. The record took more than two years of planning, partnership deals worth over half a million dollars, and the building of a social movement, and that story anchors his speaking. But it isn't the whole kit. He's headlined national youth conferences since 2018, presented to corporate audiences in Australia and the US on intergenerational management and youth development, and oversaw international sales for a rapidly growing medical company through the Covid years.
