LED hoops, choreography and a lot of colour moving at speed. This Sydney group performs at corporate events, birthdays, bar mitzvahs, weddings, kids parties and even on cruise ships, and can dress to a theme, from the swinging 60s through disco, the 80s, the 90s and on to something futuristic. Choreography can be set to your own music. Beyond the show, the group runs hooping sessions of roughly half an hour to an hour so guests can learn a few tricks, and will get a crowd on its feet with simple dance moves and soul trains. The same session works as a team building exercise, light exercise with a fair bit of laughing attached.
