Liam Whelan

Liam Whelan is a Sydney country musician playing both classic and modern covers, and what separates him from a standard pub band is that he writes his own country songs with his band, The Haymakers. That grounding gives the covers an authenticity you can hear. The setlist runs from Dolly Parton, Johnny Cash and Willie Nelson through to Luke Combs, Morgan Wallen and Zach Bryan. Years playing pubs and clubs across Australia have sharpened his ability to work a room, and the personality does a lot of the rest. He's a regular on the pub circuit.
