Jeremy Haynes grew up in Kansas City, Missouri, in sweaty punk clubs and warehouse raves, spending his afternoons digging through record stores for soul, funk and disco rarities. That upbringing is audible in what he plays now. Since moving to Australia in 2012 he has become part of the local dance music scene as Limestone Cowboy, with sets blending afro, funk, disco, hip hop and house into something distinctly his own. A collector's ear behind the decks, which is a different thing from a technician's.
