Grey divorce is the subject most workplaces have no language for, and Lisa Keevill has built her speaking career on giving them one. She founded Recreate & RISE and The Grey Divorce Project, and she takes both to leadership teams, HR audiences and women's summits. The talks are built on research rather than sentiment. "Grey Divorce: The Leadership Blind Spot" walks corporate rooms through the P.A.I.N. Framework and ends with a challenge every delegate can act on. "Recreate & RISE" is the personal one, drawn from her own rebuild after a long marriage ended. A third talk, "From Reform to Reinvention", widens it to change generally.
