Olga

Olga paints your wedding as it happens. She arrives about an hour before guests do, sets up in roughly two metres square of floor, and works in contemporary impressionist style, closer to Monet or Van Gogh than to a photograph, except the faces are ones you know. Guests wander over, watch, ask questions. That's part of it. She photographs the key moment you've agreed on beforehand, then keeps painting through the night, and the finished piece gets revealed before the evening ends. Natural light helps. She brings everything else herself. What you're left with isn't a print or a keepsake, it's a canvas with the energy of the day still in the brushwork.
