Lolly Pop Lyra

Lolly Pop Lyra draws on circus artist Renee’s experience in aerial and water performance. She founded Fliptease in 2006 and has worked with New York and Prague Fringe festivals, Adelaide Fringe, La Fura dels Baus, The Flying Lotahs and Circus Joseph Ashton. After a training period with the China Acrobatic Troupe at Beijing International Arts School, Renee continued touring and producing circus programs. These have included Twilight Flyers and Fringe World Mermaids, along with performances for corporate and civic clients. She also remains involved in community circus programs across regional and remote parts of Australia.
