LOWDOWN

Lowdown is a six-piece Perth cover band whose members come from other established groups in the city’s live music scene. They’ve performed together in this line-up for four years, building a shared repertoire across funk, disco, R&B and rock and roll. Those styles give the band room to change pace through an event, from groove-led songs into familiar dance-floor material. The group’s collective experience supports a confident full-band sound, with six musicians available to cover the different vocal and instrumental parts behind each shift in genre.
