Tech house and techno are where Lucas Callea lives, both as a DJ and as a producer. Sets are built rather than assembled, moving through the night with the mixing tight enough that the joins do not show. He works clubs and festivals, and the reading of a crowd is the part he trades on: knowing when the room wants pushing and when it wants holding.
