Byron Bay singer-songwriter, acoustic guitar, six years of playing weddings, cafes, restaurants and corporate events. Maisy Taylor's repertoire moves between modern hits and older material, and her own songs sit in there too, which is not just a line on a page: she's played her originals at larger festivals including Falls Festival Byron Bay. The covers she keeps coming back to are Can't Help Falling In Love, Valerie, Riptide, Stand By Me, Lean on Me, Yellow, Brown Eyed Girl and a run of Beatles and Lumineers songs. The duo version adds a second voice and percussion to the guitar, depending on availability. She brings a full PA with Bluetooth for background music between sets, plus a battery powered rig for spots with no power. Set-up runs 30 to 45 minutes.
