About this act
Four distinct characters, all of them well above head height. MANOEUVRE is a Brisbane stilt-walking company with an original suite of roving acts: BLAX, strangers on long insect legs who communicate through gaunt postures and a piercing stare; M CLAIRE, moving lightly inside a cloud of bubbles; JACK & JACK, a pair of goofy mischief-makers looking for playmates; and RED RIBBON, over two and a half metres of striking block colour. They work indoors or out, day or night, and the acts are built to be interactive rather than just decorative. A standard booking is two 45 minute roving sets inside a three hour call. The performers can duck through doorways and ride lifts, so venues rarely present a problem. A dry, non-slip surface is the main requirement.

Red Ribbon - An out of this world character in striking block red and over two and a half metres tall. Red Ribbon performs an extraordinary dance of fast-paced ribbon twirling.
