About this act
Take a DJ, put live musicians on top, and you get the Martini Club. They fold Top 40 and seventies classics into modern dance music, and the whole point is to keep people moving. The band has played for ASX top 100 companies, Summer Field Day, the Big Day Out in Sydney and the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles. At weddings they usually run three 45 minute sets after the first dance, with the DJ handling softer background music through pre-drinks and dinner. Line-ups run from a two piece of DJ and vocalist right up to an eight piece with two singers, sax, trumpet, drums, guitar and percussion. Acoustic and Latin jazz options cover the ceremony end of the day.
