Mastering thematic analysis

Reflexive thematic analysis is not a topic that sells itself, and Mel's job is to make it land anyway. Her doctoral research used the method to examine literacy programs, and she's built a practice out of turning that kind of dense methodology into something a room of researchers can actually apply on Monday. Sessions are pitched at the cohort in front of her, with real examples rather than abstractions, and people tend to leave with more confidence about their own data than they walked in with.
