Five pieces, and decades of playing between them. Matchbox keep fifties and sixties rock and roll going in Sydney, working through the songbooks of Chuck Berry, Elvis Presley, Fats Domino, Jerry Lee Lewis and The Beatles, among plenty of others. It's dance music first and foremost. That was the whole idea of the era and the band treat it that way, so the sets are built to get people up rather than to be admired from a seat. Rockabilly, classic rock and party bookings all fit.
