Matt Currie

Matt Currie plays classical guitar as background music, and that's the point of him: acoustic, laid back and easy to talk over. The Gold Coast guitarist's repertoire takes in traditional classical pieces and jazz standards, and he also arranges classic hits and pop songs for solo classical guitar, which is often what a wedding wants during the ceremony or the canapes. Latin, flamenco and Celtic pieces are in there too. Instrumental only, so it sits under conversation without competing with it.
