Matt Doyle

Ten years in the Hobart live music scene, much of it playing alongside his own family. Matt Doyle has worked in Matt & Abby, The Doyle Trio, Westwood & Doyle and West of Abby, covering country, blues and acoustic pop across all of them. Playing with relatives is either the best or the worst arrangement in music, and a decade of it suggests this one falls squarely in the first camp. Reliable, in demand locally, and comfortable in a Tasmanian pub or a private function.
