Primal blues, played by people who mean it. Medicineman Blues Band work out of Cairns and pull from Robert Johnson, Son House, Muddy Waters and BB King, alongside their own originals. They keep three sets ready: original blues, the old stuff, and modern day blues, all of it stamped with their own arrangements. Spiritual and earthy at the same time. They carry most of their own gear.
