Melanie Eden performs as a vocalist, songwriter and accordionist, working within an experimental approach to both singing and songwriting. A member of Sydney's electro-acoustic improvising group The Splinter Orchestra, Eden also released the single End of Known in April 2022 as part of New Weird Australia's compilation Collapse Theories, which was named FBI's album of the week. Accordion and voice combine across original material built on that same experimental groundwork.
