Memphis Nights & The Mojo Sapiens are a three piece playing old school bar rock, southern rock and blues, covers alongside originals, with a sound in the neighbourhood of Bruce Springsteen, Creedence Clearwater Revival, The Eagles and Kid Rock. The set list tells you plenty: Honky Tonk Woman, Roadhouse Blues, Mustang Sally, Folsom Prison Blues, Sweet Home Chicago, Sweet Home Alabama, Johnny B. Goode, Rocky Mountain Way, Am I Ever Gonna See Your Face Again, Stand By Me, Born Under A Bad Sign. They work the crowd hard rather than playing at them. Pubs and parties are the natural home, and a crowd of thirty and up is where it lands best. They'll want a stage and, if you have one, a PA and mixing desk.
