Metanoia

Metanoia takes its name from the idea of constantly changing one's mind or heart, and the Sydney band builds its sound the same way, refusing to settle into a single mould. Grungy riffs and driving rhythms sit under bold vocal melodies, with the whole set built around alternative rock rather than a narrower genre. That refusal to be pinned down shapes the songwriting as much as the playing, so the set can shift character from one track to the next.
