MILL POINT ENSEMBLES is a string ensemble from Perth, Western Australia.
Mill Point Ensembles formed in 2009 out of the string department at WA's Academy of Performing Arts, and the group reworks classical technique around music that wasn't written for it: pop songs arranged for strings, alongside new pieces by Perth composers. The full quartet runs cello and viola alongside two violins, and the group also offers duo and trio configurations.
