Mimosa came from Greece and now works out of Naarm, playing groove-led sets that refuse to sit still. Electro and bass house get woven together with tribal rhythms and balearic textures, and the result is unpredictable in the best way. She's supported Juicy Romance, Yasmin Gardezi, Vitess and DJ Gigola, and played XE54, Revolver Upstairs, Glamorama and Bloom, plus A3 and Beyond The Valley. The sound is still developing, and the stages are getting bigger.
