About this act
Two people, but not a quiet corner acoustic duo. Moves Like Swagger build their sound around upbeat drum loops and percussion, so a room hears something closer to a full band than a guitar and a microphone. The material is RnB and dance from the eighties, nineties and now, played to keep people moving rather than to fill silence. Nic Di Lena sings and Leon Todorovich plays guitar. Larger formats are available too, with a trio and four or five piece adding drums, bass, keys or a second vocalist depending on the room. Perth based, and used to rooms where the crowd expects to dance.
