Mr Shaggles

The audience is the show. Mr Shaggles is a bumbling ringmaster who spends an hour directing, cajoling and generally talking his crowd into becoming animal trainers, jugglers and acrobats themselves, and the whole point is proving they can actually do it. Juggling, hula hoops, magic, acrobatics, handstands, puppetry, balloon sculpting and clowning all get pulled in, drawn from more than twenty years performing circus around the world. Afterwards there's free-form circus play for anyone who missed out, with juggling, plate spinning, hula hoops and diabolo to have a go at, and a balloon animal for anyone who asks. Based in Middleton, Tasmania, and suited to parties, fetes, fairs and festivals.
