Mrs Wallce & The Royales

Mrs Wallace & The Royales is a seven-piece band performing songs from Quentin Tarantino film soundtracks while telling the story of his use of music. Led by Christabel and Wayne Tallowin, the group also features Joyce Mathers, Kim Anning, Matthew Bateman-Graham, Nathan Winterflood and Stuart Ferguson. Five-part harmonies sit alongside two lead guitars, bass, trumpet, drums, flute and banjo. The set reaches from Miserlou and Bang Bang to Street Life, Woo Hoo, Cat People, Hush and California Dreaming. The show debuted at Fringe World in 2025 with performances at Lyric’s Underground and The Ellington Jazz Club, covering films from Reservoir Dogs through to Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.
