Murray Raine is a marionette puppetry act from New South Wales.
Murray Raine has toured marionette performances in Australia since 1985. His theatre work has included principal roles with the Marionette Theatre of Australia and the Performing Puppet Company, and appearing in the stage spectacular Pan. The work has since spread into film, television, night-clubs, cabaret rooms and cruise ships, along with theatre in education and international arts festivals. Raine also directs and lectures in the craft. A solo cabaret show, It's Raining Puppets, has toured to Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, the Philippines and Dubai as well as around Australia.
