Nir Tsfaty

Hundreds of shows sit behind Nir Tsfaty's live history, played solo and with various bands at rooms including Melbourne Recital Centre and the InDnegev Festival. Four studio albums make up the recorded catalogue, most recently an EP, Under The Sun, combining alternative soft rock with a string quartet arrangement. Composing work spans projects for ABC and Respect Victoria among others, and a soundtrack for Scorpion Ascent earned a nomination for an APRA Screen Music Award in the Best Music for Short Film category. That mix of performing, recording and composing gives the output a range beyond a standard live act.
