Noah Peters came to Melbourne from Los Angeles and started out busking in the Bourke Street Mall. Since then he has held residencies right across Victoria, from the Irish Times to Shadowfax Winery. He is a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who founded and produced the indie folk band Scotch Jane, and the covers list is long enough to suit almost any room. That range is the point: he shifts style to fit the space rather than making the space fit him.
