Outshined

Five players who have been in the Queensland music scene for more than twenty years each, and OUTSHINED is what they built out of it in 2015. The subject is nineties grunge, done as a two and a half hour show: Soundgarden, Pearl Jam, Alice In Chains, Nirvana, Stone Temple Pilots, Temple Of The Dog and Tool. The set list keeps growing, partly because they play to a lot of the same faces around the Gold Coast and northern New South Wales and want the night to be different each time. Long friendships behind it, and it comes through in how they play together onstage. Heavy, intense, and not remotely polite.
