Australian rock from the Sunshine Coast, blending delicate melodies with the raw end of rock and using keys to fill out the space between. Owls of Neptune have built a sound that's gritty and melodic at once, ethereal in places and heartfelt throughout, drawn from a wide set of influences. Queensland based, working out of Brisbane. Recognisable and distinctive at the same time, which is a hard place for a band to get to.
