Four musicians from Bundaberg who've worked out that the job is keeping people in the room. Pennies from Heaven cover a lot of ground, pub rock and blues through to funk, disco, country, reggae, indie and jazz, and they keep adding to the list rather than riding the same set for years. Valerie, Rebel Yell, Sober, Black Velvet, April Sun in Cuba, Walking by Myself, Uptown Funk and Nutbush all get a run, with a few surprises worked in. They're easy to deal with from a venue's point of view and sensible about sound levels, which publicans notice. Private functions, corporate events, festivals, hotels and clubs.
