Pete Campbell & His Lazy Dog

Pete Campbell is a Sydney troubadour now taking his songs out with a live band, The Lazy Dog. The blend is acoustic and electric folk, drawing on Appalachia, London and the streets of Sydney, with blues, country and Americana running through it. The influences are wide: Joni Mitchell, Nick Drake, Bob Dylan, Townes Van Zandt and John Prine on one side, Paul Kelly, Neil Finn and Bernard Fanning on the other. Songwriter's music played with a band behind it, which changes how those songs land.
