Peter Maddison

Buildings and the people who create them provide Peter Maddison with the material for his presenting work. An architect by training, he established his own practice before becoming the host of Grand Designs Australia. His professional experience includes architectural awards juries and work with the Australian Institute of Architects. On television, Peter has followed residential building projects from their early ambitions through the practical demands of construction, bringing an architect's perspective to stories intended for a wider audience.
