PIP came out of Colombia's underground club scene in 2008 and made his name pushing deep, tech-minimal sounds when that was still a niche position there. By 2012 he was sharing bills with Paco Osuna, Rino Cerrone, Lee Foss, Nicole Moudaber, D-Formation, Technasia, Marco Bailey, Pig & Dan, Secret Cinema, Shlomi Aber, Tripmastaz and The Junkies. He moved to Melbourne in 2014 and the sound refined further into a groove-driven minimal style. He's now a fixture in the Australian underground, known for deep hypnotic sets and a long attention span. Not a DJ who reaches for the obvious record.
