Platinum Elvis brings a voice built on R&B, gospel and rock and roll to the King's catalogue, and treats the material as something to reinterpret rather than replicate. Sequins, Vegas scale, glam rock energy, plenty of swagger. It's a tribute show that doesn't pretend to be an impersonation.
