Rabia Siddique

Legal practice, military service and public advocacy inform Rabia Siddique's speaking on leadership, resilience and inclusion. She has worked in international criminal and human rights law, served as an officer in the British Army and held strategic roles across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and South America. A discrimination action she brought against the United Kingdom's government and armed forces succeeded, while her humanitarian service in the Middle East received recognition from Queen Elizabeth II. Rabia's memoir Equal Justice follows her experience as a Muslim woman in law and the military. She is also a member of the WA Women's Hall of Fame and advises organisations on cultural and systemic change.
