About this act
Three part harmonies and wireless instruments, so nobody is tethered to a spot on the stage. Radio Flyer take that literally and go looking for the crowd. Tarni sings lead, Rob and Box are on guitars, Dave plays bass and sings, and another Dave holds down the drums. They cover across genres and are comfortable with requests, which tends to be the difference between a band that plays at a room and one that plays to it. Over the years they've supported Ross Wilson, The Angels, Russell Crowe and Little Birdy, and worked venues through Queensland and northern New South Wales including Twin Towns, Seagulls, Caloundra RSL, The Tivoli, Riverstage and the Caxton Street Seafood Festival.
