Red Hot Chilli Peppers Tribute

This Adelaide band formed in 1990 and has kept the same line-up ever since, which is rare for any band, let alone a tribute act. Their first show was an after-party at The Venue following the Red Hot Chili Peppers' Blood Sugar Sex Magik concert, and drummer Chad Smith and then-guitarist Arik Marshall got up and jammed with them on stage. The set spans the early records through to recent radio tracks: slap bass, heavy drumming, the riffs everyone waits for, an acoustic section for a breather, occasional trumpet and some genuinely random covers. They're not impersonators and don't pretend to be, just players who love the catalogue. Available for venue bookings, concerts, weddings and private functions.
