Retro Explosion is a Melbourne band covering the 70s, 80s and 90s in full retro costume with a proper sound and light production behind it. Harmony vocals, solid rock guitar, and a set that goes for the dance floor from the first song rather than warming up over an hour. Guests can watch it or get up and stay up. It's one of the busier acts on the Australian live circuit, and the costuming alone does half the work of setting the mood.
